How long does an application to university take?

University admission durations and processes in Spain vary by institution and applicant background. Public universities begin the process in June, requiring early preparation. International students undergo a 6 to 9-month homologation process. Private university admission periods usually take between 2-6 weeks, depending on the university and chosen program.

What is the Shortlisting Process?

The shortlisting process helps you identify suitable study programs and universities based on your interests, career goals and academic background as well as your financial requirements. Out of more than 12,000 available programs, we will shortlist a top 10 of personally tailored options.

What Happens During the Orientation Session?

During the Orientation Session, you will have the opportunity discuss your study ambitions with your StudiesIn Study Abroad Expert, work out a financial plan, and have a discussion to shortlist your top programs and universities. Additionally, the Study Abroad Expert will help you build a personalized Study Abroad Plan tailored to your needs and goals.

What Is the Eligibility and Academic Background Check?

The Eligibility and Academic Background Check assesses your academic qualifications, language proficiency, and other factors to determine your eligibility for various study programs and universities in Spain.

What is the Personalized Study Abroad Plan?

The Personalized Study Abroad Plan is a tailored roadmap outlining the necessary steps for achieving your study abroad goals, including deadlines, visa requirements, and financial planning.

How Can I Purchase the Orientation Package?

Can I Get a Refund If I Change My Mind About the Orientation Package?

Refunds are not available for the Orientation Package, but if you purchase an Application Package, the Orientation Package will be included at no extra cost.
