We are StudiesIn, a leading Digital Student Platform, seeking a Business Development Intern to join our fast-growing start-up!

YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN A UNIVERSITY IN BARCELONA TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.

We are looking for a highly ambitious Business Development intern who will help us to drive our local and international business development and sales.

You will experience first-hand the everyday life within an international start-up.

Your job is to guide, assist and provide international students (B2C) with all the tools and information they need to solidify their dreams to study abroad in Spain, and make them become reality. Everybody deserves a chance – you help bridging the gap.

Minimum Qualifications

  • YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A UNIVERSITY IN BARCELONA
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (must have studied abroad)
  • Professional Spanish and English language skills are a must: great written & verbal communication & presentation skills in both languages. Any additional European language is a plus
  • Abroad and travel experience is a must

Skills and background

  • 0-2 years professional experience in a company (previous work in sales is a big plus)
  • You believe that higher education is one of the most powerful tools to make a positive impact on the long-term future of this planet
  • Results- and competitive-driven, highly-organized individual
  • Hands-on and execution attitude with ability to drive change and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation for Sales & Business Development challenges
  • Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships through digital channels

Your impact

  • Work side-by-side with the founders of StudesIn
  • Grow pipeline by executing on market-qualified leads
  • Follow your customers during the sales cycle
  • Initial outreach to generate opportunities and set up meetings with clients
  • Accurately record activities (calls, emails, meetings) of leads within our CRM
  • Great position to start or progress in your career in business development / sales
  • Communication with public and private universities, embassies, insurance providers, banks, accommodation providers, lawyers and other stakeholders
